These properties include commercial properties and residential properties that are in need of rehab or are typically purchased by an investor.
Free for Agents
Listconn does not believe in charging agents a fee to use our service. As a listing agent, we understand you have numerous out-of-pocket expenses and are certain you don’t need another. The only scenario where we would charge a fee is if you would like your listing to be “boosted” and appear at the top of search results. However, there is no cost to list a property or create a profile.
